Dear ACU Platform Users,

Since 2016, the ASEAN Cyber University (ACU) platform has supported the sharing and use of online educational content through its ACU-OER and ACU-LMS services, as well as the operation of collaborative online courses between Korea and ASEAN Member States.

Due to changes in the project environment and adjustments to its future direction, the ACU platform will discontinue its services in 2026. New content and course registration has already been discontinued, and the existing content and data are currently being organized and preserved for future use.

The ACU-OER and ACU-LMS services will remain available to general users until September 30, 2026. From October 1, 2026, general users will no longer be able to access or view courses through the platform.

**Service Schedule**

* Final date for general access to ACU-OER and ACU-LMS: September 30, 2026
* Courses and platform services unavailable to general users from: October 1, 2026
* Limited access for participating institutions and eligible LMS users to review and download data: Through December 2026

Users currently participating in LMS courses are advised to complete their learning activities and review or download any necessary information before the applicable deadline.

KERIS will securely organize and preserve the content, metadata, learning records, and other data accumulated through the ACU platform. We will also continue to explore ways to support the future use of ACU content and project outcomes in cooperation with participating institutions.
