Metabolome is a whole set of metabolite that is formed when extrinsic chemical goes into human body and is transformed or the chemical substance inside the body is transformed. Research on metaolome uses IT technology and approaches about metabolic diseases and metabolite in general. In this lecture, basic knowledge of applied metaolomics and metabolome informatics will be learned.
