    The course will provide the basic operational principles of diodes, BJTs & MOSFETs and the equivalent circuit models of each device. The analysis & design technique of basic BJT and MOS transistor amplifiers and related subjects (frequency response , feedback) are discussed carefully. Several special topics, including compound configurations, basic op-amp & applications, are given as well. The laboratory sessions will help students to practice the skills at checking the operations of Op Amps, Diodes, BJTs, and FETs and measuring the basic properties of circuits.
