Indonesia's Government takes the Strategies and approaches to prepare Indonesia Higher Education Institutions (HEI's) to face and implement online learning during the study from home policy. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology has taken many measures to support Indonesia HEI's to be ready to implement online learning. Since many Indonesia HEI still struggle to provide proper online learning delivery, the Government offers training to increase lecturer capacity and ability in delivery online learning. And the Government is also facilitating Learning Management System to be used by HEI with limited online infrastructure. SPADA Indonesia (Indonesia Online Learning System), established in 2014, gave the most service to provide system and platform to support HEI in implementing online learning.
